David and Mandy Vindiola, prior to being Loan Originators with CMG Mortgage, owned MVM Mortgage Group, in Grand Junction, Colorado. Now, David is the Managing Loan Originator for the CMG Mortgage retail office in Grand Junction. Both received their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado Mesa University (CMU) and enjoy participating on the CMU MBA Alumni Board and Western Slope Real Estate Investors board. They are Certified Mortgage Planning Specialists®, Certified Liability Advisors®, and Certified to sell the revolutionary Home Ownership Accelerator (HOA) loan product.

Being long time real estate investors, David and Mandy see the importance of looking at the mortgage loan as a financial investment and tool. Their goal is to look at a borrower’s entire financial picture, including short and long term goals. After listening carefully to understand a borrower’s wants and needs, they make loan recommendations and compare products. Their goal is for people to understand how a mortgage can enhance overall financial wellbeing.
